This tropical hibiscus actually grows to the size of a dinner plate.  This is the hybrid named Black Dragon Hibiscus. On 12 x 16 paper, this painting is close to the actual size of this gorgeous flower.

It was painted using all archival materials, including Arches cold press watercolor paper, Holbein paints, and Caran D'Ache watercolor pencils.

Fine Art Prints - Printed using pigment instead of ink using up to 12 colors, recreating an image as close as possible to the original.  These prints are archival.  They are produced in a run of 300, signed and numbered by the artist, and include a Certificate of Authenticity.   Framing assistance is also offered.
